Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or quality concerns

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned items

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days

  • No restocking fees are charged

Important: Shipping costs for original orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Option 1: Linen Luxes Prepaid Return Label (Recommended)

  • We can provide a discounted prepaid return shipping label

  • This is usually the most cost-effective option for customers

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund

Option 2: Ship on Your Own

  • You may use any carrier of your choice

  • Ensure the package is securely packed and includes your order number

  • Retain the shipping receipt/tracking number for your records


4. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Contact our support team before returning any items

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Returns may take longer due to customs clearance


5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label if requested

  3. Ship the item back following the instructions provided

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
